Butter Chicken with a Crunchy Coating


 

2 big eggs, whisked

1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers

1/2 teaspoon of salt with garlic flavor

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

4 chicken breasts without bones or skin, each weighing 6 ounces.

1/2 cup of butter, cut into small pieces.

Directions:

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Put eggs and crushed crackers in two different flat bowls.

Combine crushed crackers with garlic salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in the beaten eggs, then cover it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the chicken covered in coating in a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.

Put slices of butter on the chicken.

Cook in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 30-35 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
