Hamburger Steaks with Onion Gravy 😋👇


 

1. In a bowl, combine minced meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make 4 patties.
Warm up some vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Put the meat pieces in the pan and cook until they are golden on each side, approximately 4 minutes per side. Take out and put to the side.
In the same pan, put the onions and cook them until they are see-through. Put flour on the onions and mix well. Slowly pour beef broth little by little while stirring constantly until the sauce becomes thicker. Add salt and pepper.
Put the patties back in the pan with the sauce. Put a lid on the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until the patties are fully cooked.
