Mozzarella Sticks Made at Home

1 and a half cups of Italian-style dried breadcrumbs

1 and 1/3 cups of Parmesan cheese, grated, separated into portions.

1 small spoon of salt

2 packages of mozzarella cheese sticks, each 16 ounces.

4 big eggs, whisked

1 and a half cups of vegetable oil

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, and salt.

Cut each piece of mozzarella stick in half to make them easier to eat.

Get a dish with whisked eggs ready. Put the cheese sticks in the eggs, making sure they are completely covered. Allow any extra egg to drip off.

Roll the cheese sticks in the breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to make sure they stick and are completely covered. For an extra crispy texture, coat the egg and breadcrumbs on the food again.

Put the cheese sticks with a coating on a baking sheet, cover them, and put them in the freezer for around 2 hours until they become solid.

Warm the vegetable oil in a big frying pan on medium heat. Cook the cheese sticks in small groups until they become golden brown, about 1 minute on each side.

Put the fried cheese sticks on plates. Add the rest of the Parmesan cheese on top and serve while hot.

These homemade fried mozzarella sticks are more than just a snack. Each bite combines a crispy outer layer with gooey, melted cheese inside. Great for parties or as a tasty snack, they are sure to be a hit with everyone. You can eat them alone or with your preferred sauce for more taste!
