The Developing Biscues
Once the dough is finished, we can begin shaping the cookies.
Use your hands to roll the dough into small balls, which may be gently flattened to make cookies of the desired size and shape.
A cookie cutter, or even a round or oval one, might help you make some unique shapes.
Combine baking and chilling.
After lining a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the cookies in a preheated oven set to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for around twenty minutes, or until they become brown.
After taking them out of the oven, wait for them to cool completely before continuing.
The Steps to Make Chocolate
As the cookies cool, you may top them with the delicious chocolate frosting you made.
In a bain-marie or microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate. Once melted, add the chopped almonds and stir until coated.
Encasing the Cookies in Chocolate
The most thrilling step is carefully coating each cookie with the chocolate mixture by dipping them one by one.
Set the cookies on parchment paper to let the chocolate to set after letting the excess chocolate drip off.
As I Wait for My Chocolate to Melt
Once you've covered all of the cookies with chocolate, lay them aside at room temperature to set.
It may take some time for this step to finish, but I assure you that it will be worthwhile when you relish these exquisite creations!
