quarter of a teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of white sugar
cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
1 can of chopped tomatoes, 14.5 oz.
Light red kidney beans, 15 ounces (after draining and rinsing), one can ADHERENCE RULES
Sauté the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and celery in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Put back in the pot after draining.
Toss in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine, and then bring to a boil. Let it simmer for two to three hours on low heat.
