The ezoic
Toss in the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Cook the veggies for around 5 minutes, or until they become tender.
Dice the tomatoes and add their juices together with the oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. Once the water is boiling, add the chicken broth.
After 8 to 10 minutes of cooking, add the orzo and stir periodically to make sure the orzo is tender.
Cook the spinach until it wilts, then stir in. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
Divide the soup among plates and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese that has just been grated. Enjoy while hot!
Nota Added red pepper flakes makes this dish hotter.
Using vegetable broth and plant-based sausage will make this soup vegetarian.
Freezing may change the texture of dairy and pasta, so it's best to eat them fresh.
