Upside-Down Banana Cake


As an Adoration:

1 egg, 60 grams (6 tablespoons) of sugar, 130 milliliters of milk, and 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon) of salt sea salt
vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon, 150 grams (1 and 1/4 cups) flour for cakes or general purpose flour

Instructions:
