Ground Beef Vegetable Soup 🍲





What You Need:
Two kilos of ground beef
A quarter of an onion, peeled and chopped; four quarters of diced celery ribs; four potatoes, peeled and cut into one-inch chunks
Whole kernel corn, 1 can (15.25 oz.), washed and drained
1 can of washed and drained green beans (15 ounces)
1 can of undrained peas (15 ounces)
One can of tomato sauce, fifteen ounces
Add crushed powdered black pepper and 1 entire tomato can (14.5 oz) to taste.
Add one bay leaf (or more if desired)
1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 cup of water, as required
