"Kidney Bean and Vegetable Soup"



1. Saute the garlic, carrots, onion, and celery in a big saucepan until they are softened.
2. Combine the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper with the vegetable broth.
3. After the soup comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for around 20 minutes.
4. Take a bite while it's hot!
