Slow Cooker Cheesy Burger Flavored Soup


Burger Soup with Cheddar in a Slow Cooker
All the comforting tastes of a traditional cheeseburger are here in this bowl of rich, creamy soup. With its hearty blend of ground beef, melty cheese, and flavorful spices, this soup is sure to be a hit at any gathering, whether it's a night in or a family meal.

What You Need for the Soup Base:

1 pound of ground beef
Diced onion, one medium-sized
2 minced garlic cloves
4 mugs of beef stock
About two medium potatoes' worth of potato chunks, or 2 cups
corn, 1 cup, frozen
To brown the meat, use 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Supplements to Ezoic Cheese:

Shredded cheddar cheese, measuring 1 cup
Mascarpone cheese, measured in cup measure
1/3 cup of sour cream
Enhancers of Flavor:

Worcestershire sauce, measuring 1 tablespoon
Spoonful of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
(optional) half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
