Soup with Ground Beef and Vegetables 🍲


How to Follow
Add the crumbled ground beef to a stockpot and simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is browned all over and no longer pink.  Get rid of any extra grease by draining it.
Toss in the onion, celery, and carrots; simmer, stirring occasionally, until the veggies are tender, about 5 minutes.
Incorporate the following ingredients: corn, green beans, potatoes, tomato sauce, crushed whole tomatoes, and undrained peas. Add black pepper, bay leaf, and thyme for seasoning.
If more water is required, add 1/4 cup and add more as needed during cooking.
Simmer, covered, for approximately an hour, or until potatoes are cooked. Stir occasionally.
