Toss in the white beans, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, white tomatoes, and vegetable broth. After the ingredients come to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes to let the flavors combine.
You may make the soup more creamy by partly pureeing it with an immersion blender, or you can leave it chunkier if you want.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh parsley and serve hot.
