Apple Pie with Creamy Custard Recipe



Things needed:

Regarding the Pie Crust:

2 and a half cups of regular flour

1 cup of chilled, cubed unsalted butter (two sticks)

one teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar, granulated

Ice water, 6 to 8 teaspoons

Filling an apple:

6-8 medium apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced (e.g., Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)


half a cup of sugar, granulated

Brown sugar, 1/4 cup2 tablespoons of AP flour

1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Instructions:
