Base:
6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
