Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs: A Comforting Breakfast Tradition




This easy and comforting breakfast dish combines creamy cottage cheese, eggs, and your favorite add-ins for a protein-packed start to your day!

Ingredients
Base:

6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Add-ins:

Chopped vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers)
Cooked bacon, ham, or sausage
Instructions
Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or individual ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
Mix the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Add Cheese and Optional Ingredients

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. If using add-ins like vegetables or cooked meat, fold them in at this stage.
