Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
Instructions
Sauté the Onion
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft and translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
Combine Ingredients
Add the sautéed onions, cream of chicken soup, milk, Velveeta cheese, and frozen chopped broccoli to the crock pot. Stir to combine everything well.
Cook in the Crock Pot
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. The cheese should be fully melted, and the broccoli tender.
