Cabbage Fat-burning Soup


This simple, hearty, and nutritious Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup is packed with low-calorie, fiber-rich vegetables and flavorful broth. It's perfect for a light meal or as part of a balanced lifestyle!

Ingredients (Serves 6-8)
1 large onion, chopped
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
6 cups vegetable broth
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for sautéing)

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion, carrots, celery, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
