How to Follow
Bring Yeast to Life:
Mix the dried yeast (10 g) with the warm water (370 ml) in a big mixing dish. After the yeast has dissolved and foamed, stir gently and let aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
Get the Dough Started:
To the yeast mixture, add 500 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt. Create a rough dough by mixing the ingredients with a wooden spoon or your hands.
Work the dough by kneading it;
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic, on a lightly floured surface. Adding more flour, a tablespoon at a time, can help make sticky dough less sticky.
