1 lb ground beef
8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions 🥣
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
Remove excess grease if necessary and set the beef aside.
Sauté Aromatics
In the same skillet, add the diced onion.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.
