1 cup warm milk(about 110°F/45°C)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, room temperature
For the Egg Wash:
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon milk
Optional Toppings:
Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or oats
Butter or honey, for brushing after baking
Instructions
