This Crispy Cheddar Ritz Cracker Chicken is a quick and easy family favorite. Coated in crunchy, cheesy goodness, it’s baked to perfection for a juicy, flavorful meal everyone will love!
Ingredients (Serves 4)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (Roasted Vegetable flavor recommended)
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, to taste
Garlic pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Coatings
In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and mix with the milk to form an egg wash.
In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and shredded cheddar cheese.
Season the mixture with salt and garlic pepper to taste.
3. Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, making sure it’s fully coated.
