Of course, everyone has their own unique routine, but I just wanted to mention that I've never really considered my sleeping habits. What matters most is that I get to bed early enough to get enough sleep before tomorrow's chaos starts all over again, doesn't it?
It would seem not. Getting the suggested eight hours of sleep (though I'll confess that I usually get less than that) causes a number of changes in your body, which may not be surprising. Therefore, you should give some consideration to how you claim those hours... even down to the apparently little matter of which side you are lying on.
