1 package (11 oz) vanilla or white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli recommended) 🍫
4 oz marshmallow creme 🍥
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare Your Work Area
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set it aside.
Have a tablespoon or small cookie scoop ready for portioning the pralines.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients
In a large heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves completely.
Step 3: Bring to a Boil
Continue cooking the mixture, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a rolling boil.
