Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
