Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a hint of heat)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked pasta or crusty bread, for serving (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Sear the Shrimp

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Garlic

  1. In the same skillet, add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using).
