Meatball Pasta Casserole !!

Meatball Recipe Ingredients:

ground beef, one pound

1⁄2 a cup of breadcrumbs

a quarter cup of Parmesan cheese, grated


minced garlic, 2 cloves

one egg white

basil leaves, dried, 1 teaspoon

Season with salt if desired.

Regarding the Pasta:

1 pound of egg noodles


Two cups of beef stock

1 cup of heavy cream or milk (or half a cup of milk if you want a lower fat version)

Pepper, freshly ground (optional)

Optional: salt

 

Instructions:
Warm up the oven: Set oven temperature to 375°F.
